Possible fistula? : If you had a vaginal delivery it is possible that if you suffered any tear during the process you may had developed a small connection between your rectum and vagina, which is called fistula. Having these symptoms is very suggestive of this. The only way to find out for sure is to have an evaluation with your gyn provider. If this is the issue it can be surgically repaired.
