Baby acne, contact: Without knowing more about the age of your baby and exactly how the rash looks, is difficult to say for sure. If baby under 3 months old, is likely it is "baby acne", a normal newborn condition where the changes in hormone levels in the newborn cause the glands to secrete and cause pimples. If more a rough/red sensitive rash, could be soaps or irritants baby's cheeks are coming into contact with.
