See a doctor.: Most normal headaches shouldn't last 3 days. Some migraines, however, can last this long. If you don't have a history of migraines, and you've tried tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin, you should see your doctor to get an evaluation. Good luck!

See your doctor: Disturbances in homeostasis can cause headaches. Such as low blood sugar or high blood pressure. Most headaches not serious. However, first your doctor will determine what type of headache you have. Headaches have many causes i suggest you see your physician and discuss a plan to determine the cause. Your doctor might order imaging of brain and optic nerve exam to rule out serious conditions.

Pray: Other than that, take tylenol (acetaminophen) and chill out. Does it occur upon awakening or middle of night?- see doctor. Otherwise, try to figure out what triggers it, and if persists, see doctor.
