Oral lesion: It is usually not common to develop oral cancer at your age. Oral cancer happens mostly in middle age and elderly people, especially those who smoke, drink alcohol frequently and with a family history. In any case any suspicious lesions should be consulted with your dentist or oral surgeon. I advise you to visit them so they can take a good look at it.

Get it evaluated: I would agree that it is very uncommon to have oral cancer at your age. However, with the increasing rise in oral hpv associated cancers, you should have someone evaluate it and consider whether a small biopsy is warranted.
