Spur, tendonitis: Can be achilles tendonitis, heel spur or bony prominence called haglunds deformity. Is there only pain with shoes or any time when walking even without shoes? This may help in determining cause.

Achilles Tendonitis: Achillies tendonitis is a chronic inflammation of the tendon caused by repetitive stress. It is not usually due to a traumatic event. I recommend you see a podiatrist for evaluation and treatment.
