A member asked:

I have white spots in the back of my throat, i have no pain although my throat feels a little dry. i was sick and swallowed some phlegm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably nothing: Everyone swallows phlegm. Those white spots are likely food particles stuck in the folds of your tonsils. They are normal. If you get a severe sore throat and fever then see your doctor.
