When my husband naps, his pointer finger always jumps up and down for a bit. it's beyond weird. should i be worried about a neurological issue?

Questions: Have you seen his doctor? Has his neck been examined. Does he have pain in the same arm? Are there any other neurological symptoms? How old is he? What does he do for a living (manual labor or a desk job)? I would check him out with a thorough history and physical before obtaining a neurological consult.

Prob. normal: Our bodies exhibit, many simple and complex movements during sleep. Important questions are: does he feel rested in the morn? Does he ever stop breathing while asleep? Does he snore loudly? Is his b/p out of control? Is he gaining weight?
