Get seen: That sounds miserable and is not normal for a 16-year old. If you haven't already, i would talk to your parents and have them bring you to your family doctor for further evaluation.

See a physician: Many of your symptoms could be secondary to migraines, but with your history of constant nose bleeds you need a thorough evaluation and physical exam.
