My wife is pregnant for 30 weeks and has trombose hemorrhoid since 4 days. she has pain. she sits in nearly hot water twice a day. what can she do?

See doctor: Be careful with hot baths while pregnant. See your ob/gyn. They can be drained, but the natureal history of this process is that the body will reabsorb the clot in about 7 days, so if she can tolerate for a few more days pain should improve. If not, ob/gyn can refer to general surgeon for treatment. Also can use topical hemorrhoid treatement to assist with discomfort.
