Watch your face: You are probably clenching when you do strenuous activities. Lots of people clench their teeth during strenuous activities and basically give themselves a case of temporal mandibular joint disorder which can cause jaw aches, ear aches and headaches. Try to relax when you lift and if the pain persists you should go see your doctor.
