Sounds unrelated: Right upper quadrant and abdominal pain, back pain, ?Bloating may all be related. These syptoms may be caused by gallbladder disease, peptic ulcer disease, certain conditions of pancreas. Recommend evaluation by md. Not sure what nasure dissines is.....Nausea?
