Cheek fat removal: A relatively simple surgical procedure can be done to remove fat from the cheeks through small incisions made inside the cheek (from the mouth). Be careful, though, since we all lose fat in our cheeks as we age - you don't want to do something to improve your appearance, now, and not be happy when you are older.
