my sperm test shows 5% active...35% slugish and 60 % dead out of 2.4ml with 28 million sperm. is it cureable?

Infection?: Sometimes prostatitis can cause this, so if there are any bacteria in the semen, may be a course of antibiotics may help. See a urologist as appropriate.
