Pregnant?: First get a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant! it is not uncommon for many women to experience a very light "normal" period and sometimes a period which is much heavier than average. Monthly changes in stress, diet and activities can effect the levels of hormone production during each month. If you are not pregnant, this lighter period is probably perfectly normal.
