I had 1 seizure 2 yrs ago while taking minocycline, been seizure free since. i've been off keppra (levetiracetam) for 5 mths. is it possible that was my only seizure?

Might be: Guidlines for diagnosis of epilepsy have changed in the past week ! recurrent unprovoked seizures used to be the gold standard. Now only one seizure combined with an abnormal eeg might lead to a diagnosis of epilepsy at 17 driving safety and restrictions are a major concern. Each case should be taken very seriously and individualized.
