Eat less!: Convention(although not quite true) claims that a 3500 kcal excess equals 1lb weight gain. By calculation you are only eating an exces of 147 cal per day. Your exercise habits most likely consumed this. So not as bleak as it may seem! certainly you can eat 75 calories less and burn 75 more with activity! more paid weight gain: eat 147 cal less and burn off another 75 with activity.

Need medical opinion: A medical consultation should be done to rule out anything serious, because this may not be related to a migraine but perhaps something else such as fibromyalgia.
