Yes, little risk: Although transplant physicians often make a fuss about alcohol, the reality is 2 glasses of wine once a week should not cause any major problems in a kidney transplant recipient. As long as it is limited to once a week. The bias often is that patients will gradually increase their alcohol consumption or there will be a decrease in medical compliance.

Usually safe: For a non alcoholic, "2 drinks on weekend" should not be harmful. For an alcoholic, one drink is too many. This assumes there is no liver disease. I would address your specific circumstances with your transplant team who know you the best.
