Problematic: Sinced there is no FDA approval or standard enforced it can depend where you got it. They ran a program on 60 minutes and named many of the stores that are selling empty pills. Use a search engine to find this episode. If you really do not need it you may want to avoid supplements in general since they consistently make others money but the buyers are no better for it. Good luck.
