See an allergist: There are many options o treat allergies. First, avoidance of specific allergens is important, see an allergist to determine what is causing problems and how to avoid them. Medications such as nasal steroid sprays and oral antihistamines can help. Lastly, allergy shots prescribed by an allergist can help as well.

Allergies: Agree with above and if medication doesn't work, you can try allergy shots or sublingual immunotherapy which might help make living with your symptoms more bearable.
