Practice patience: Chat w/your mom & dad. Does grandma have dementia (most common form is Alzheimer's disease) which could explain annoying behaviors. If so, you won't be able to change her. How about you? Are you doing anything that provokes said annoying behaviors? Perhaps try distraction and/or redirection, techniques we often use to avoid medicating someone. And remember that she won't always be around to annoy
