Consider therapy: You may want to meet with a therapist to get support and help parenting your children. It is difficult to parent and having someone to talk to about these issues can be a huge help. Family therapy is certainly another good option. Take time for yourself and your needs as well. Go out with a friend or with your husband. Talk to them about your concerns about parenting.
