Lifestyle: Regular exercise, good nutrition & enough sleep can help you obtain better control of your blood pressure. Avoid adding salt to your foods and avoid foods loaded w/salt. Stop smoking. Don't drink to excess. Meditate. Do keep track of your blood pressure then bring BP cuff in for calibration to be sure your home readings are accurate. If obese or overweight, lose weight. If sleep apnea, use CPAP!
