Very: In the long run, blood pressure shouldn't be left at 182/74 for a long time eg weeks to months to years as it will increase one's risk of death, stroke, kidney & heart failure. In the short term, b/c hypertension (high BP) is silent, you (most likely) won't notice a thing. But don't ignore it! Go see your doctor. Bring in your own BP cuff for calibration. In mean time, consider DASH diet
