When can my baby start to eat anything the adults are eating?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infant diet: Most infants can be transitioned to a soft tablefood diet by 12-15 months of age. Individual response to increasingly textured foods is highly variable and the rate of progress must be adjusted to each child. Cow milk and raw honey are ok after 1 year of age. The only limitations after after 1 yr are the individual child's response to taste, color , texture.
