What is your opinion about laser eye surgery?

Safe and effective: Presumably you are referring to lasik laser eye surgery to correct the need for glasses. It's a safe and effective procedure that has been performed on many patients over decades. It is surgery however, and like all surgery, complications and problems are possible, but rare. As an eye surgeon I have recommended it to my own family members.
