Its not easy: There is no easy way to lose weight, be you young, old, pregnant, nonpregnant, recently pregnant, male or female. Calorie expenditure must be greater than calorie intake to lose weight, equal to maintain weight, and if you take in more calories than you use, you will gain weight. Unfortunately, there is no magic or easy way to lose weight despite all the adds on tv, radio, and print media.
