Usually none.: It's a very safe medication and we've given it to children for more than 100 years. There is usually a loss of appetite but when the medication wears off, it quickly comes back. Some pople have insomnia but don't take the medication late in the day or use a medication to help with the sleep. Some people have headaches or stomach aches or irritibility.

Depends: Side effects include a lack of appetite, stomach ache, headache, sommulence vs insomnia, nausea. How much medication concentration per tab is important information to ascertain. You did not mention if the 5 tabs are taken under a physician's guidance.

Maybe: Possible explanations: incorrect medication or dosage; other co-morbidity-issue insensitive to medication therapy. Always have close follow up with your physician.

Probably: Would recommend the decaf, though. Caffeine could certainly increase the side effect of a fast heart beat.
