Forgive my frankness: In recurrent abdonimal pain, getting the right diagnosis is all about the history and physical exam and perhaps imaging studies and endoscopy. The routine labs are basically not useful. Unless your absolute neutrophil or absolute lymphocyte count is extremely depressed, far below the reference range, "low white count" may simply be you -- these numbers fluctuate from hour to hour.
