Paresthesias: Although not feasible to provide a precise answer, would consider a need to evaluate you many issues. You could have these symptoms secondary to hyperventilation, or acid-base balance abnormalities. This could be a sign of emerging peripheral neuropathy. Best way to pin down, see your doctor, get fully examined and complete appropriate testing.
