Not likely: Of course consult w your dentist, but i really think you should see a neurologist and an internist about your sensory issues.

Not dental cause: Since you are having symptoms in your feet and hands as well as your cheek, this is most likely not a dental problem but a nerve or possibly an anxiety problem. See your primary care doctor or a neurologist for an evaluation.
