Painful sex.: Please start by going to see a gyn physician. A painful sex in early pregnancy can range from nothing very serious to potentially life threatening conditons like ectopic pregnancy. A ruptured ovarian cyst early in pregnancy can also cause pelvic pain which may get worse during sex. Please don't forget that a pelvic infection can also cause both pain and vaginal bleeding. Again go see a physician.
