A member asked:

What diseases do you get a vaccine for in a baby's first year?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many: In the first 12 months of live, babies get vaccines to protect them from: diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis b, streptococcus pneumoniae, rotovirus, polio, haemophilus influenzae type b and influenza. Each of these diseases are still present somewhere and will quickly make a comeback, resulting in severe illness and death, if people choose not to vaccinate. Keep your baby healthy!
