Not necessary...: Prostadynia is merely a medical term to describe the pain in the prostate area, but not necessary strictly from the prostate so its entire removal still can not guarantee the pain will go away. Whole prostate removal is for cancer; partial removal such as TURP or PVP is for slow urine flow. For detail and controversy, ask urologist timely, 400-letter space is not enough for elaborating...
