Can you tell me about taking phenibut for anxiety?

Unregulated in usa: phenibut is not really regulated here. i believe it is in europe & that it requires a prescription. i believe there are safer options & that u should not use phenibut - despite some reputable companies selling the supplement i think u can't be sure how much you are taking. also, just b/c u can buy it doesnt mean its safer or better - i think tolerance is rapid and people feel hungover + headaches
