No!: Phenibut may not be safe for most people when it is taken by mouth. Many side effects may occur including dizziness, nausea, a hangover effect, poor balance, fatigue, and feelings of electric shocks in both the arms and legs. Phenibut in large doses may cause trouble breathing and unconsciousness. And phenibut can cause dependence when it is taken regularly with withdrawal symptoms when stopped.
