Lipoma: Lipomas, a fatty tumor are common in this location as well as a few other tumors. Has the lump been present for some time or rapidly developing recently? If rapid, get an evaluation by an ENT specialist fairly soon. If it has been there for some time, you can probably ignore it if it does not bother you and is not changing.
