Reg screening plus: Pt's with implants should continue to follow general age appropriate breast cancer screening guidelines. Also 10 years is enters the time where implant integrity begins to come into play. For saline implants, leak is obvious and replacement follows. For silicone, rupture can be more subtle and creates greater concern. See a plastic surgeon for implant surveillance protocols (or replacement).

Maintain surgeon f/u: You should maintain follow up with your surgeon. Saline implants are generally observed during this period and no intervention is warranted unless there are concerns for infection, leakage, rupture or capsular contracture. Silicone implants a silent rupture and the FDA advised an MRI at 4 years after implantation and every 2 years thereafter. If you have not had an exam, I would see a surgeon 1st.
