Call: Call your orthodontic specialist and express your concerns. If retainers are bing fabricated they will help. If your hygiene was compromised and gums damaged you may need help from periodontist. Have mobility evaluated now.

Braces off soon : Many people want to get braces off as soon as possible for a variety of reasons. After your braces come off, you need retainers, which are simply custom made pieces of plastic with metal wires to hold the teeth in the same position. You can always finish your orthodontic treatment later in your life at any age. Good luck.
