Go to a therapist: and start talking about your fears and problems. Then you can decide if medication is necessary. Ask for some referrals. Look on your insurance website or call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card to see who is open and accepting new clients for psychiatry. good luck. Help is out there and feeling better is just around the corner.
