What to expect for first step towards curing phimosis?

No cure but ...: Care always moves from the least invasive to the most invasive ones; so does phimosis. Never cure but modify to suit medical need for functional improvement. For phimosis, the followings may be taken: from jusdicious topical care with proper cleansing & drying with / without using antifungal cream (with or without steroid) to eventual circumcision. Yes, a lot of help can be delivered for phimosis.
