Yes, it can.There is: no way to know whether it will/how long is "too long,"but looking at any screen for a long time(even your own computer or phone)can cause headaches.If you(or your child)are having headaches,you can try not playing for a few days to weeks and see if they go away.If not,see your doctor.If you're asking in order to advise or have back up for a conversation with your child,hopefully this will answer.
