Is it possible for a newly copd diagnosis to cause a person to yawn a lot?

May have OSA: In addition to copd, you should talk to your doctor about being tested for obstructive sleep apnea. This can cause prolonged episodes of not breathing while you are asleep and increased snoring. The result of this is that you do not sleep well and can cause daytime drowsiness which would cause you to yawn.
