Help please i woke up with little blisters on my lip, what are they?

Not sure.: Are they painful? For herpetic lesions It appears as a cluster of lesions that look like blisters. They can spread, coalesce followed by crusting over. The fluid in the lesions is very contagious. However, I really am not able to say what your blisters are due to.
