Possible cold sore?: If the blister is caused by herpes simplex (the cold sore virus) there are prescription ointments and pills that can help. If it's caused by something else, sun protection, plain vaseline, cool compresses or ice packs may help.

Need to see it: Without seeing the blister i can't really help. It could be anything from a small bite to cancer. Try oragel and if it doesn't go away in 7-10 days i'd get it looked at.
