Retin A, (tretinoin)ANTIBIOTICS;: Those patients who can not use benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid, can be treated with retin a (tretinoin) cream and topical antibiotics like Erythromycin or clindamycine. Other alternative therapies which may be effective are manuka honey te tree oil brewers yeast bittersweet night shade some of these have been approved in europe.But discuss with your doctor or dermatologist what is best for you.
