Allergy treatments : There are many OTC remedies effective for allergic rhinitis besides OTC oral antihistamines or decongestants. Try Neti pot Normal Saline nasal rinse. Use AC more often and hepa filtering at home. If not better, go to see your doctor or allergist for more helpful advice including prescription medications.
