So during the week between therapy and 12 twelve step programs while cravings are driving me crazy at home and work, naltrexone and suboxone helps?

Medications not same: Suboxone is a mixed medication with both opiate like effects and blockage of opiate receptors. It is effective in reducing cravings and preventing a high from any continued heroin or other pure opiate use. Naltrexone is a pure antagonist or blocker of opiate effects. It will not reduce cravings but will prevent the positive effects of continued opiate use. Naltrexone will produce withdrawal.

You haven't shared: what substance you are craving. Naltrexone is used with alcohol dependence & opioid dependence. Suboxone is used for opiate addiction.
