It's you who matters: Some may never resolve rls, but try to believe that you'll find a way past it. That itself will help and is more likely by far. Also, be patient with the naltrexone. Your body may be so drug-confused by now that it takes time to figure out what it is expected to do. Help it by actively bringing that thought to it when you take a dose. Some get relief with acupuncture/pressure, hypnosis, exercise.

RLS: Restless legs syndrome (rls) can be treated by other means than opiates, including benzodiazepines, dopaminergics like Requip or neupro, (rotigotine) or antiepileptics. Also, if it is due to underlying conditions, treating those conditions can alleviate rls. Avoiding caffeine can help also. It is possible to control it with treatments. Please consult with a sleep medicine specialist to diagnose and treat it.
