A little longer: You will likely not be able to resume jogging right away after pin removal. This is a great question to ask your surgeon who did the pinning, as he knows how much of a slip you had and what your post-op x-rays look like with regard to new bone formation. Usually it's more in the range of 3-6 months before activity like jogging can resume.
