After 12 weeks my closed fracture ankle bimalleolar is not healing naturally, i have a airlock brace. what else do i need to do?

These take Time.: As I sit here trying to figure out just what "healing naturally" means, I've concluded that it actually means "healing normally". Having said that, there could be a difference between your interpretation of normal and the surgeons. Because of the potential instability of this type of fracture, expect a longer healing time, especially when treated non surgically. You need your surgeon explain it 2U

Delayed union: You need to ask your treating surgeon. If alignment is adequate then a bone stimulator is an option. Do you smoke? Or on any immunosuppressive medications? Were you not a candidate for surgery?
